I want to submit the Premium Bill for my Tax Investment Proof.

Dear Sir,

I am sending consolidated cheque for Rs. 1133/- towards premium amount for the following policies every quarter.

POLICY NO : AMOUNT

[protected]/28.3.96 746 QUARTERLY
[protected]/28.5.98 387 QUARTERLY

But I am not getting the receipt for my policy number 61174557 dated 28.3.96. I am getting receipt only for Rs.387/- against my policy number[protected] some time.

Now I need the receipt for my tax purpose and request you to send the receipt from April 2009 onwards since I have to submit the same to Income tax department .
