My policy no.[protected] cheque amount. 30000 Complaint : sending cheque of money back policy in wrong address My self Ramavtar Ramroop sharma I am a lic customer before one year I have changed my address then after sending cheque of money back policy old address. Any letter or acknowledgement or writing communication coming my new address.sir you know I am free for this type of rubbish thing. I don’t want to reply this mail I want to solution why happen this type of thing. Your people sleeping or they don’t want to work with responsibility. Due to this problem I am thinking lot because I have lots of policy. I have deposited more than 80000 per year. Now I am sure that in future I will not take any policy by LIC. This is not easy matter.if I don’t get solution in writing letter by your people. And if those person not accept in our mistake. Then I will send mail head office to manager. Ramavtar Ramroop sharma just go and say them to check whom a/c is been this Rs 30000 money back amount is debited . Because LIC doesn't give open cheques .Ok or else you can complaint this to OMBUDSMAN, THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN, 6-2-46, 1ST FLOOR, MOIN COURT,
LANE OPP.SALEEM FUNCTION PALACE, LAKDI-KA-POOL, A.C.GAURDS . HYDERABAD-500004.
Just send them xerox o[censored]r bond and send your complaint in letter your problem will be solved.

Lic gives worst possible service. Policy holder Name spelling correction takes more than 4 months..still not done. Complained 6 times still no use..all are irresponsible there..lic famous for cheating.

I felt very bad of the service of the LIC's AMBATTUR BRANCH where from I donot get even any response for my repeated quiries.The Telephone Nos[protected] and 26570978 are found always busy.I donot hope that the both phones are busy under official activities.
If such service is continued and the management is also encouraged, customers may withdraw their relationship with LIC and I too have a feel of the same.
You are hence requested to gothrough the issue and correct the administration to give response and speedup their activity in such urgent loan issue matters and oblige.
An early action is requested.
