Lic Of India — Not updating my policy after paying online on 25/08/2009

I Laxmi Narayan Sharma having policy No 1003722 since 1998 and I am paying my policy premium online on LIC web site and I had paid my policy on 25/08/2009 by SBI net banking and cyber receipt was given.
But sir my policy was not updated and now it is showing "dead" on web site of LIC its status is "POLICY IS NOT IN FORCE" Sir Now I am unable to contact with mother branch at Jodhpur ( Rajasthan) . I launched a complaint with LIC on its site on dated 21/01/2010 by its complain No 226216 but no action was taken and still its show the same status . Kindly update my policy so that I can pay on line and all the benefits remains unchange it is due to the mistake of LIC .KIndly rectify the problem
