LIC — Payment of LIC premium

I have transferred from Bangalore to Delhi.I have two LIC policies under salary savings scheme..I transferred my LIC policies also to Delhi.In my Present office, they are not deducting the LIC premiem amount as the amount is not reaching LIC properlyNow Iam not able to pay my premium. The branch at DElhi is not accepting my payments via cheque or cash.They are telling so many reasons.I have to find out the salary branch of LIC it seems to be.LIC is not giving proper guidance to resolve this issue.Kindly suggest me to pay my premium as soon as possible
