[Resolved] Lic Of India — Non receipt of Pension after maturity. | |
TO 1. Shri P. Senthil Kumar Chief Vigilance Officer. LIC India. Central Office Vigilance Department. Yogakshema Mumbai-400021 PH[protected] 2. The Secretary CVC. Satarkata Bhavan. General pool Officers Complex. Block-A. INA. New Delhi-110023 Tel: 24 65 1008. Dear, Sir My first complain is why LIC India do not provide e mail address of their Chairman, Board Members, Chief Vigilence Offcer and Secretary CVC? Are they superhuman? Do LIC expect people to travel from J & K or Arunachal Pradesh to travel to meet them at Mumbai or Delhi on appointed Hours? My Complain for nonreceipt of pension is as follows: I am a retired Government Officer of Arunachal Pradesh. My Jeevan Suraksha Policy no:[protected]/28.01.2000, has matured on last 28.01.08 and LIC was supposed to pay my pension @ 1564/- pm wef last 28.02.08. It is controlled by Jorhat /Bokakhat LIC Office. 2. I have submitted all the particulars vide my letter no: NO: DDR/B&P-1, Dated 15.02.08, with reference to LIC letter No. IPP/44F/Annuity Intimation/[protected] Dtd 30.01.08. The pension is not released yet even after 4 months. 3. I have sent two e-mails to BM LIC Bokakhat for releasing my due pension. But I have not received any reply from them. I do not understand why is the delay? I am facing acute economic hardship. I have submitted all the particulars and paid your premium in time. Now I want my pension deposited in my Bank account/or sent to me by postpaid cheques. Pl ensure that LIC Bokakhat office do-not start summoning me like Income-tax office for submitting papers. I live at-least 500 km away from Bokakhat. I just wonder why did LIC efficiency has gone down below an average Government office? 4. Pl grace me by a confirmation. Regards! D. Debroy. Rtd.
