Dear all,

Its been more than a fortnight since i raised below mentioned concern & i was given a timeframe of 3-4 days for getting this resolved.

With sheer disgust and with very liitle expectations i would like to inform you that problem still remains the same hence i am still not able to register policy on licindia portel.

By any means i simply fail to understand how come a policy is taking such an exorbitant amount of time to get updated in master database.

Please suggest a wayout or else guide me a process to surrender my policies aithout any hassle.

Kindly check & do the needful, as i failed to receive any response from any of my previous correspondance, cluster office and from contact centre.


I've got 2 policies already registered on my name and this is the first time i've had such a bad experience with LIC india.
