I am continously trying to contact the customer care but not able to reach them because its continously ringing no nresponse,When contacted the branch Adyar where i have taken the hosing loan the result is the same.Standard message from the staffs are Area manger is busy on other call.Not bothered to call back instead of taking my loan account no and mobile.

sir, i have taken housing loan from ur lic hfl.it was sanctioned 23 lakh.in sanction letter emi was mantioned 31224/month.
i m paying rs31441/month since 7.4.12
now agent is telling loan amount is only22.30000 lakh. i dont know detail

I have been sanctioned Rs. 8, 80, 000/- home loan from LIC/HFL on 14.07.2012 for 20 years and EMI was fixed by LIC as rs. 8738/- per month which are being paid through cheque by agent as he has taken blank cheque for 12 months. but from the month of march 2013 the EMI has been enhanced and Rs, . 9174/- has been debited from my accout. is any discrapancies or otherwise please confirm me in what circumstance the EMI has been enhaced whereas the govt. declated to minimize in EMI ...

LIC housing finance has increased my EMI without any notice or call. Earlier when they had increased the rate of interest from 8.9% to 11.9% unreasonable rate without any information.and increased the EMI also.
now i wants to shift my loan a/c from LIC H Finance because of high interest rate,
Dear sir i have 900000 lakh loan since Nov.2009. after three march 2013 year my fix interest limit was finish. after the EMi was increase because the interest rate was increased ( 11.9 %). The problem Creating by workers of LHCHFL office saproo marg Lucknow . the proble is given bellow.

1. I have deposit chaques till dec. 2013 but. we gat some information by SMS in march 2013, my EMI increase at 11.9 %. so that three chaques from May to July and old chaques was not return. now ur worker have put old and new chaques.
2. i have try 2 time for starting ECS and Deposit all essential document. the ECS is staring because ur staff is not taking care this matter. I have leaving 15 km distence from ur office many time reach there but i din't solution

But after your area manager IGGO that I am area manager, why should I meet he refused even than I am tiring to meet but he can not to do so what is reason, whether he want money or visa versa of his command the LICHFL will run, all legal department to do he warn them .please to do needful

LIC HFL Hyderabad Ameerpet service is sucks. Especially Recovery Manager is useless. Ch Srinivas is worst.
There is no proper communication to intimate about EMI's. I don't trust this LIC at all.

I took composite loan from them last year for land purchase and construction of loan. Initially they disbursed loan for site purchase, but now i have already constructed one roof of my house including foundation, but still they are not disbursing loan, its more than 4 months over, i have given then all the documents original. The Agent Vinod is so poor and rude to customer. He always tell me we are checking with head office for the documents i submitted, but never respond. Its more than 4 months. Personally one time i meet with their branch Manager at JP Nagar office also, but she is also rude and never listen to customer voice. My wife is pregnant and she is very upset and depressed with my loan. My loan sanction was of 25 Lakks, but they have disbursed only 14.41 lakhs for land purchase, but to my surprise they are cheating to me and taking interest for the entire 25 lakhs though they have disbursed only 14.41 lakhs.

I wish higher management will help us if possible and resolve our issue from such poor housing loan organization. I will never recommend any of my collegue to take any loan from LIC unless our issue is resolved. All the day myself an my wife are now suffering from mental tension and big family pressure.

I have register my user id as durgaduttsharma with lic hfl and now i have tried to login several time but i am unable to login. When i tried to forgot user id then it say it is already register. Even i have tried on forgot password. Then also it say either user id or password is wrong. Please help me to login to lic hfl
Ya there is no proper customer care for this much big LICHF brand.Its really surprised
Refrer my loan account number [protected] housing finance new panvel brach two years it is fixed interst of 10% but after completion of two years suddenly they are raised intrest rate from 10% to 11.75% and told after rewriting of loan it will come down to 10.25% for that i had submitted the cheque . Once the cheque is cleared but interst rate remains same and branch staff are not replying proply iam completly feld down to a big problem please suggest me what to do]
