Dear Sir,

With reference to the subject, as an original policy holder, I was asked some detail information in continuance of my policy No.[protected],[protected] &[protected], since long no any information supplied to me and hence I complained by email & on phone to customer zone at Ahmedabad & Rajkot. In continuance I received email message & phone from LIC Branch Junagadh code No.8077 from No 2621337 on dated 07.09.2012. I clarify all details on phone for my policy details requirement.
Sir, Your Rajkot Customer zones instruct me to contact at Dy.Manager, LIC, Junagadh-8077. I personally visited on dated 08.09.2012 to Mr. Hareshbhai D.Khorja and explained all mettar.He also agree with me & show details print which I asking since last two years. Means all detail information record are on table. Then Mr. Mehta (Officer of the same branch) came and he instruct Mr. Khorja to don’t supplied information to this person because of he compliant to our higher authority and hence Mr. Khorja refused to give me required detail information of my policy and told me that you can go anywhere but nobody can do anything to me..Immideately I contact on phone to customer zone Rajkot on phone No.[protected] and she replied me that she will take necessary action for solve the problem. When I asked complain number from her she replied that she has not any complain register but all detail complain will inform to CRM, Customerzone, Rajkot. I also told her that on Monday Date 10.09.2012 I will complain in detail to your higher authority hence please note my detail complain on your records please. and she assure me that all detail complain data will on record will submit on enquire to higher authority.

Sir, Now my complain is against Mr. Khorja & Mr. Mehta officer of LIC Branch,
Junagadh code No. 8077 as Continue on page-2…

(1) All detail information of my policy are on table but intensely not supplied to me
(Original policy holder) and refuse to give only due to representation by me to higher
Authority.

(2) Both officer misbehaviour with me and told that you can go anywhere………….
(3) According to conduct rules of LIC, Please note my complain and take necessary action on both the officer as misconduct by them.

I hope for early action please.

Sir, Today i.e. Date11.09.2012 further I talked with Mr. Suve Saheb, LIC Branch Manager-2 Code No. 8077 at 11.45 Hrs. & on Dated 10.09.2012 after lodge complain I received phone from Rajkot No.[protected] of Shri Chauhan saheb on my mobile No. [protected], as per talk with him I feeling that my complain will go in dustbin, hence I requesting your honour to look in to the matter I oblige me. -V H CHANDARANA

Sir, Thank you very much as last, I received detail information of my polices after three years which can provide within a day but only after complain to the higher authority to LIC Mr. Rajiv Nair Saheb,as per his instruction only SDM,Rajkot Mr. Buch ready to supply such information only.
Sir, Still my complain against Mr. Khorja & Mr. Mehta of LIC Branch code 8077 is pending.Please take necessary action according to rules. CHANDARANA
