Life Insurance of India — no communication from LIC

I, Taher H Chharchhodawala had bought LIC term insurance policy at 28/3/2012 ( cheque no 26332 , acc no [protected](SBI, Dahod ,Gujarat ) ). my medical examination was done after 3 days . since than seven months have been passed yet i haven't received any communication regarding policy from LIC .i bought this policy through LIC agent Harsh Vashisth(Moblie no [protected]) (I dont have his agent no.,he claims to me that he belongs to south extension ,Delhi branch) and he is not answering my calls and messages .
i have also complained to Zonal officer and branch officer twice but it is futile no reply from them
please do needful.
