[Resolved]  Lifestyle Home Center — Product damaged - Very bad service

Hello, i bought a Day bed from Lifestyle homecenter on 26-Mar-2012. i bought it from the homecenter store at City center Mall in Mangalore. Receipt # 609. after about 3 months, we found that the product is damaged - all the wooden planks of the bed are broken. it has been nearly a month now after i called the store, they have not sent anyone to even look at what is the damage. When ever i call, they say they will send a carpenter within two days. First i spoke to a person named Ravichandra and then to a lady supervisor Neeta. So far, no progress. Day bed is broken and lying at my home, Rs. 25,000 went down the drain..
