Refer my yesterdays message
As of now I find no remedy. Yesterday two of your technicians visited @6PM and stayed up to 9PM could do nothing in bringing solution for my complaint, they promised that today by 10 0’Clock they will visit with their senior and sort out the problem. As of now no one turned back.
At 11AM I spoke to your customer care, to one Mr.Vijay and he had only one answer that is, he will call me back with in an hour to update the status of my complaint. I have not received any call as of now. At 12.30 PM I spoke to one Ms.Suganya in customer care and she also said the same that she will call me back with in an hour. When I requested her to connect me to the supervisor, made me to wait and informed me that he is busy and he will call me as soon as he is free.
The wi fi connection what I was getting in my previous laptop also failed. I don’t know what your technical people did yesterday, which made my existing facility also last. I am sending this mail to record my unpleasant experience with your unprofessional way of handling. You have failed to honor the commitments of providing wi fi network. I am expecting an acknowledgement or at least reply having received the mail.

Repeatatly we are making the complaint of non conectivity of the WI-5 through the modom. The service person who ever visits says that there is the difect in the cord or in the modom need tobe change. We have not got any solution please depute a right person who can evolve a solution to our problems.

It’s really paining to report to you the lethargic unprofessional attitude of your customer support center. In re-dressing the customer’s request.
Today (14/09/2010) morning @ 8.43AM I contacted telephone number [protected] to get my apple Laptop connected with your Wi fi connection. They referred me to another no.[protected] and @8.49AM my complaint was registered as[protected] and informed me that your executive will visit us and sort out the problem of connecting apple laptop computer to your Wi fi Broad Band network . After every 3 hours I have contacted your customer care centre and I find no remedy from your end. I Spoke to one Mr.Senthilkumar @4.30PM he first said that it’s not possible to get tikona Wi fi connection to apple computer. When I narrated the own story what happen since morning then he said some body will visit to sort out the problem.
I wanted to speak to is Supervisor to ascertained the real situation, in getting my problem sorted out. As he was not picking up the call and made be to wait for 25minits on my telephone. After 25minits one Mr.Sridhar supervisor picked up the call and very cooling telling that he regrets for making me to wait, he was not aware of what is the status of the complaint.
This is the way your customer care department functions I am really ashamed for having allowed you to install your equipment in this premises, as a secretary of the apartment Association now it’s high time that you need to tighten your belt or otherwise you will be out of the business soon or at least the Association will pass resolution pushing you out of these premises.
If you want have a detailed enquiry on the Episode, I am ready to cooperate with you. If my feelings goes on notice I will meet you through consumer court for not fulfilling the services promised by you to the customer and claiming the due damages.
I had TIKONA at my home just few days back. Had the same kind of attitude from the customer service, more over when I use to register complain for some technical problems the complain used to be closed without even solving problem. They did not even use to visit me to understand problem or I did not even get a call from they technical department. In a span of less than 1 month I have registered almost 10 - 12 compliments regarding speed and connectivity. I have asked them to disconnect the connection and they said me it will take 7 working days, I said fine. Then on 10th day still the connection was active, I called up customer Service and informed them about it. His answer was " Sir, that request is already closed" I was shocked I said none of you people called me and more over I still have your connection active, so how is that my request is closed?? He said me "Sir let me take your disconnection request again". I said I don't want to request anything and will not pay a single penny from my first request to disconnect. Now I have already opted to Airtel broadband, hope they have good service.

Dear Sir

I am ashamed to write this email. Since you have no courtesy nor mechanism to attend to the complaint of your customer. The complaint maid on 21st September 2010, complaint No.1-[protected] remains unattended till now. Just now spoke to one Ms.Premkumari your customer care center and she has a ready made answer " we will revert back to you as soon as I get the information". yesterday afternoon one Mr.Ramprakash spoke to me over my mobile that he is on the way to attend my complaints. I don't understand how many days it will take for him to drive down to my residence at velachery. I am really not able to understand how you are functioning in attending to the complaints of your customer. I will detect the charges payable to you for not providing the services even after my repeated complaints.
