[Resolved]  Link Utsav Registration Plates Pvt. Ltd. — Delay in issuing HSRP

HSRP for my scooty with number HR26BZ0904 has not been issued till date. I had received the R.C. in the month of May, 2013.
I have submitted necessary documents and registration fees for the number plate at your office in Gurgaon in the same month.
Since then, I have visited your HSRP issuing center more than 10 times. They keep giving unsatisfactory answers but no clue as to when I would get the plates.

I hereby request the concerned authorities to look into this matter at the earliest and help me to get the plates. Hoping to get a reply soon.
