[Resolved]  Lion Dates — Quality issue

Dear Sir,
I am M.Karthi from 1/29,30 Mahalakshmi Gardens,Happy Home School Opp,Villankuruchi,Coimbatore-641035.I purchased Lion Dates 500g+100g=600grams in Spencer's Retail Ltd.TIN Number:[protected] on 09.10.2011.But I open it today(16.10.2011) only.I believed that it was an ISO protuct and bought it.But the was no quality.

I found pieces of long hair inside the dates.My baby eat those dates.I am afraid of my baby's health.I think that all the Lion dates have the same quality problem.So kindly take immediate acation.I need a compensation for loss Rs.1000000 lakhs.So that the will not be continued.I attached photo (dates with hair) but the photo is not that much clear.I have that packet with me.

I kindly request do the needful action.
