These shop owners should be treated immediately and seriously by the government because this has become a serious issue.Just imagine if they charge Rs.5-Rs.60 extra for each bottle then what would be the per day collection . And that to they dont care for government policies and even refuse to give a bill for the extra amount they charge over MRP. I dont know what's taking the government so long to react and take strict action against these wine shop owners.
I purchased the beer/wine from my nearby Shop i:e Shastri park liquor shop in MCD Complex-Delhi-110053, the shopkeeper asking me as well as every customers Rs.5/- extra over MRP written on the bottle, when I asked the bill for the said Amount the shopkeeper refuse to give it.
These persons always get 5 Rs. more for every beer/wine/rum. & disgusting behaviour.
I am requesting you please verify and check why the owner of wine shop taking extra amount over MRP
