Livon Hair Gain is a product which has changed the life of my mother completely...not for good but for worse. She bought Livon hair gain once and tested the same for sometime. Even though at first it didn't cause any reaction, the next bottle she bought ruined her hair totally. The whole scalp area on which she applied the tonic turned completely bald. Within 3 days, she lost all her hair in the area in which she applied the same. Unfortunately, in rage and anger she threw the bottle away and didn't retain the invoice also else we would've sued the company for what their product has done to her. Ever since she's lost all her confidence and wasn't ready to step out of home for many days together. I'm unable to fathom what kind of a termoil she might be facing with such a tragic incident.
It maybe easy to think that it must've been a spurious product copy and there's no fault of the company but what would a customer do if he /she buys it from a reputed departmental store chain? Who would imagine that buying products from such stores is also not reliable? Was this information helpful? |
