LLOYD manufacture very sub-standard products and has pathetic after sales service. I experienced this when I purchased a Lloyd Portable AC for Rs 24000. On switching the AC on, it didn't work. I registered a complaint with lloyd customer care under no LEEL[protected]. The lloyd personnel inspected the unit and found manufacturing defect in the product. I was told that the AC would be replaced by the company but since then I have been give one or the other excuse but the AC has not been replaced.

I am posting this for the benefit of all. JUST DO NOT BUY LLOYD PRODUCTS. THEY ARE TERRIBLY BAD AND THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS IN A VERY SORRY STATE. I approached everybody, talked on phone, wrote mail from Customer Care to SERVICE HEAD to NATIONAL SERVICE COORDINATOR to HEAD OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, but despite this such big manufacturer and such big service team, Lloyd has not been able to replace the defective AC even after 33 days of purchase now.

LLOYD PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE AND WILL CAUSE YOU ANXIETY AND MENTAL HARRASMENT. EVEN SPENDING HUGE AMOUNTS IN BUYING THEM, THE PRODUCTS AND LLOYD SERVICE WILL DISAPPOINT YOU BADLY

Yes You are absolutely correct, we have also purchased a Air cooler 4 in 1 worth Rs 6999/- on 24/05/13, but is not working from the first day .I have also complained in the company but they are not responding regarding this. NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is my latest mail sent to Lloyd Officials, Lloyd Managing team, Lloyd Sales team, Lloyd Service Team to appraise them about customer dissatisfaction, faulty products and poor service

"Hi All,

I am seeing a huge manpower (or possibly fake mail ids), but none having the courtesy to respond back and address the grievance regarding the product Lloyd LP12HC portable AC.

Time and again, since I purchased this AC on 5 May, I've been requesting to get my AC replaced as the same is not efficient in cooling and has a faulty design.

Since I didn't receive any communication or response from Lloyd, now I want to make it loud and clear to the entire world and especially the consumers that Lloyd does not have any customer-care policy, sell products that do not work and adopt unfair business practices. I want to save every single individual from felling trap into your products. I will be taking this message to every possible forum, communities, social sites so that more and more people are aware of your fail products and your poor customer care.
