Lloyds Finance Ltd — Non Receipt of matured FD
Dear Sir,The complaint is regards of non-receipt of maturity amount of FD deposited with Lloyds Finance Ltd. The amount was matured in 2001. I know many complaints are filed in this corncern, but i would like to know the outcome of the same. It was actually managed by my father who being lack of knowledge could not approach further. I have the acknowledgement from the company for the original FD received by them. Kindly provide further steps for the same.

lloyds finance — Non payment of FD amt.
I had a Fixed Deposit with this company-Loyds Finance in1998.This company has not refunded the deposit amt.nor its whereabouts are known.Can you please give the status of this company now.Lloyds Finance Ltd — Non payment of Interest as-well-as the capital amount
I deposited a sum of Rs.5000/-(Five thousand only) on 13/11/1997 for 36 months with this Financial company in Money Multiplier(Multimoney Deposit) vide their receipt no.[protected] maturing on 13/11/2000 to Rs.8060/- in the joint name of Binode Kumar Sinha &Suman Lata Sinha.I deposited the certificate for payment on30/11/2000 but till this date I have not received any cheque.I hadrecd. a printed letter dated 19th April, 1999 that "The Company Law Board,Western Region Bench, Mumbai has,persuant he prosec.45QA(2) of the RBI Act, 1934 passed an order that payments upto 5000/-slab shall be paid within three months from the date or maturity of the deposits." The printed letter was before the maturity period and after maturity date Ihave not recd any letter from them.Request for an settlement.
i have deposited a big amount of money to the lloyds finance pvt ltd. but i am not get my money even with interest even after 10 more years. please kindly give my money back as soon as possible.
