I PURCHASED LML 4 STROKE FROM RELIANCE AUTOMOBILES D-6&7 KIRAN GARDEN UTTAM NAGAR. FROM VERY FIRST DAY OF PURCHASE I HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE BACKLIGHT WHICH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SECOND DAY ALL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS FAILED. I CONTACTED THE DEALER AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT THE SAME MALFUNCTIONING HAPPENED AGAIN. IN THE SERVICES THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM UPTO 8TH SERVICE AND SAID 'YE TOH CHHOTI MOTI PROBLEM HAI '. I WANT TO CONTACT ENGINEER MR. SHARMA BUT HE HAS NOT FIXED MY PROBLEM AND CONTACTED ME UPTO 8 SERVICES. IN THE 9TH SERVICE OF THE SCOOTER, THEY SAID THAT MAGNET OIL SEAL IS DAMAGED, OIL BUTTON DAMAGED AND THEY CHARGED Rs. 690 IN THAT SERVICE BUT NEXT DAY OIL LEAKAGE PROBLEM OCCURED AGAIN. WHEN I ASKED FROM THE DEALER I WANT TO CONTACT LML ENGINEER THEY, DON'T GAVE ME ANY NUMBER OR WAY OF CONTACT. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY OF THE SERVICES AND AM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT IN DEEP GRIEF. IF THIS CONTINUES, I AM AFRAID YOUR COMPANY WON'T LAST LONG THIS WAY. IF YOU DON'T PROVIDE ME WITH PROPER SERVICES, I WILL TAKE THE MATTER TO THE PRESS AND NEWS CHANNEL 'CNBC AWAAZ' . HOPE MY VOICE IS HEARD AND FORCED INTO ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
