Lodha Groups — consumer fraud complaints

I had purchase an house from M/s Mahavir Premises Pvt Ltd.(Shri. DEEPAK LODHA) Now I had applied for Housing Loan with GIC Housing Finance Ltd - Panvel Branch Office. Please note that the builder has sold same Flat to 3-4 parties earlier our Agreement for sale. Please advice me as without infroming me the details of earlier sale agreements , can a builder make fresh Agreeemnt for sale with me ?
