[Resolved] Loop Mobile — NETWORK PROBLEM | |
The network is totally gone since last August and inspite of repeated calls to customer care all i get is only docket numbers and no improvement in NETWORK. There is also no call back from network team which your mobile assist promised. 1) FREQUENT CALL DROPS 2) NO CONNECTIVITY 3) NO CALL CONNECTION..."IT SAYS NETWORK BUSY" AFTER TRYING FOR 10 TIMES ONLY AFTER THAT THE CALL GETS CONNECTED THAT TO ONLY FOR NOT MORE THAN 10 SECONDS 4) 90% OF THE CALLS GETS DISCONNECTS AUTOMATICALLY ie. CALL DROPS. WHO WILL PAY FOR IT. 5) 99% IN CALL IM NOT ABLE TO HEAR WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WANTS TO CONVEY. I HAVE TO KEEP GUESSING...".HELLO...HELLO ...HELLO...I'M NOT ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING... " ONLY THIS I HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING. I'M FED UP WITH THE SERVICES...I WOULD HUMBLY REQUEST bpl TO NOT TO CHARGE ANY RENTALS FOR THE SERVICE(WHICH YOU ARE NOT GIVING.) near ambewadi bhaji market thane west-400604 landmark:-jama badar
masjid,ambewadi bhaji market.
I have alredy registered a complain 28 april and 14 may. And ur
network engineer ABHIMANU visit this area 24 may but i m facing this
problem reguarly. In karvalo nager near ambewadi bhaji market thane

i am facing problem of deducting 1 rs. per day. on complaint on loop cust. care they replied that i have downloaded wallpaper which is totally fake.after de-activate it. it problem repeated 3 times in this month.
i am using the plan of csp 99

I have been using Loop Mobile form last 2 months, But from 2 months there has been huge network failure on their network,
Frequent Call Drop, No network in my house, I cant receive or make a single call from my home
in my society only 1 stik/bar of network, I attend all incoming & outgoing calls on main road.
i had many complaint through my friends to their helpdesk but nothing has changed instead it has become worst, Now i Thinking of changing my network provider. becoz I Got biggest loss in my life becoz of you & you As_hols, Mother fcuker's not giving me network in my house, put your network in your technical departments Assss..
