I have told your customer care assist plenty of times to deactivate my BIS 399 plan which is accessed in blackberry handheld but still your people has not done it and have charged me again for the same plan i have spiked With Mr. Dhananjay, Mr. Hashim, Mr. tanmai, Mr. Maqsood Ms. kalpana, Ms. Mehjabeen S Mr. Nabil K.
