I have [protected] got the prepaid card on dated 17.10.2009. Morning 11.0 AM. But this card till today is not active ate.

I have already my all document submitted.

i have recived form sms form your site for the internet service for mobile. i sand the sms loop mobile. his given reply Activated service in 6 hours left. but one day gone not given any setting to my mobile. can you pls sent me the internet wap setting on my mobile. my number is [protected].and my handset number is samsung sgh-m200.plz active the service to my mobile. plz give any detalis or sms to my e-mail and mobile number.

I have told your customer care assist plenty of times to deactivate my BIS 399 plan which is accessed in blackberry handheld but still your people has not done it and have charged me again for the same plan i have spiked With Mr. Dhananjay, Mr. Hashim, Mr. tanmai, Mr. Maqsood Ms. kalpana, Ms. Mehjabeen S Mr. Nabil K. Mr. prakash. for the same. and please credit my amount of Rs 399. and deactivate the plan so i can access the other plan and can surf Internet i am unable to do so.hope will not suffer more. my name is Mr. Tushar B. i am not able to connect the net on my desktop.called several times from my alternate no.. but still the customer care was not able to connect to a TL even after waiting for 1hr nor he was able to connect me to a supervisor my mobile no is [protected]
