My name is Nilesh Surve Mobile No.is [protected]. I used 99 Plan with intra calling facility, i want change my plan for svs99 for 1gb internet with intragroup calling we area12 memmbers in a group for intra calling i call customercare as well as i complaint with email but they didnot take any action

Loop Mobile — deactivate the message pack

This is to request you to stop the message pack of Rs. 51 activated in my loop Number [protected] which has not been subscribed by me. Still the charges have been shown in my last bill. Kindly return the charges back and do not charge the same in the coming bill.

Spoke to Mr. Azad informed the number does not belong to Loop Mobile. He confirmed the complaint was raised by one of his friend. Informed him to call up helpline or write to mobile.[protected]@loopmobile.in

Loop Mobile — Charges for value added services

Hi, i nayan patil.
I had launge a complent against vas charges i had paid for last 6 to 7 months.
I paid about rs.425/- for vas & loop mobile assistance had refund me rs.67/-.
I request to refund the remaining amount as soon as posible.

credit limit are too low

in this month my loop mobile bill are very very high. but my rental plan are amount 99 Rs. and my last month bill are amount is 593 Rs. plase i want too my credit limit are increas above at minimum 1500 Rs.
