i am Yusuf Kabaria from Santacruz (E). i am trying to get the wap settings for my handset Motorola L7 slvr from loop mobile service.but they replying they are anable to send us wap setting. and the technical assistance are so busy thats why we can not connect you this sentence i am hearing for eh more than 20 days this is not good for the organizzation as well as the customer .please try to undersyand my problem and send me the wap settings on my no. Mera pass loop ka sim card hain, main 07 sep. 09 ko 130 rupees ka e-recharge kiya tha,next day morning main mere mob. main sirf 89paisa tha. main ne 3bar coustmer care se bat kiya par unho ne bole ki hame pata chal raha hain paisa cut hua hai, apna system update horaha hai app bad main phone karo.mere mob. se 4bar ISD call hua hain, per wo no. main kiya nahi tha, mai ne coustmer care pucha to wo bol rahe hain ke hame pata nahi chal raha hai, aap ka paisa kese cut hu ha hai.
