Hello sir, my balance gets deducted every time i refil, each time 5rs get deducted when i recharge rs 10 .weekly subscription is active on my phone n thats why m loosing money, so please i want u to unsubscribe it .my no is [protected] .plz take my complain into consideration .hope u do it as fast as u can .thank u .n dont just read do something or ill become bankrupt bcoz of no balance .please do it, thank u . .

I m vikrant dhane my no. is [protected] after talking with all ur executive the service which u have purposely activated on my no.is not being deactivated.because of all ur rubbish service my balance is being deducted every month.We r nt that much rich to give money for charity every month for beggars like u.And if we ask ur executives by calling on ur mobile assist for asking y our bal. is being deducted they have only one answer with them i.e "our system is being updated we cannot give u the information call us after somtime"..pls see to it or else i will sui u all in the consumer court..
& after that ur having roude executive plz chake there tone & softskil plz give this feedback to u r CSA & TL, TM &QULATY PEOPLE TO CHAKE CSA CALL PROPERLY...

First they told your ring tone charges deducted secondly Manthras charges deducted I don't know why are you doing like this nonsense? I didn't download any ring tone or manthras. I fedup daily delete your sms. Please take my complaint in to consideration. If you are not give this feed back I will complaint in the consumer court.

i bought loop mobile prepaid [protected]card from jinal communication on 28august2009 i submitted my documents &on the same day my card was activated the service in my area is good .but on 2nd sep2009 my no was diconnected as a reason my documents were not submitted on next day i went to bpl gallery which is located in mahim .i took the token no. and waited for me to help . i saw there some of the excecutives were having a big chat with each other avoiding to the customers sitting there after 20mins i was been called by excecutive BHOOMIKA i told her that my no is diconnected she told me my documents are not submitted i told i have given to the shopkeeper she said it not our duty to collect the documents . i said ok she asked me to give documents to her now, i gaved my passport photocopy to her in that copy my photo was in moustache& now i m well grommed she asked to show the original passport to confirm i showed her . after then she told me bring another photocopy ot it . i told her when i showed u the original passport why u need a copy then then in loud voice she said i will not accept this copy u go and tell anybody u want 2 tell i dont care i said ok . i went outside & bought a new copy when i entered the gallery & went to give her she told me u dont undstand i m busy u sit i will call u every now & then she attanding her personal cell phone calls . i waited for 23mins after that i went to and told pls take my douments i have work she took the documents in such way that she is doing a big favour on me overall her behaviour was really bad this the u give help to customer PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION ON HER I DO SUGGEST BECAUSE NOW DAYS NO ONE WILL PROVIDE A FAKE PHOTOCOPY AFTER SHOWING A ORIGINAL PASSPORT

loop mobile customer said to me, 200 sms free per month.
but this facility is not mention in u r bill. why? & also charges apply for sms?
why r u wrong information to me? u r service is not better.

HI i am asmita pawar i was using [protected] of loop card i was complaint on my bal was deducted on thuesday on dated 17 my bal 54 Rs was deducted and I am call to customer care of many time 1 customer care say me they get my complaint and after 2 dayes my bal return but my bal was not give me
and yesterday i am call customer care they say me that they do not chek my information because system was down
so plz take action and give me a bal beacaues, I am do the recharge on my number my bal was deducted so I am do not call and msg anybody so plz take action on my complaint on less time and give me a my bal on 1 day...
