hi my name is pradeep parida and i have a loop mobile and tashan pac is activated automatically on my handset so pls deactivate

i would like to deavtivate Tashan from my number too. My loop number is [protected]

I want to deactivate tashan pack.I don't know how to deactivate my mobile no. is

customer service is & this tashan service is forcefully activated by loop mobile on my no.[protected], wich is totally unfair on their side.also i talked to their customer executive tosif in mumbai branch & his reply was disgusting

The Video TASHAN pack is been activated by their system itself. And the customer care executives blame it on the customers for this rubbish plan activation. Moreover the executives themselves don know how to unsubscribe it. I have been charged with almost 150 RS uptill now for this .

i want to deactivate the tashan pack. i dont know, how to deactivate it ? bcs this pack is does not deactive by my mobile and i dont know, how was started it? so please, this is doing to deactivate by you. and this persist problem are in two number. there are [protected] and [protected].

As per call of Airtel Customer Care Centre on 28-03-11 at 03 P.M. they are deactivate "Tashan" and "WCVideoPack" which was forcefully activated but not returned any money which are deducted from my mobile balance.
