I MR SUNIL NAIK LOOP COUSTOMER MOBILE NO [protected] HAS ACTIVATED DND BUT STILL I AM RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL MSG I CALLED UP 198 CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS ISSUE THEIR EXECUTIVE MR AMIR SAID OUR SYSTEM IS UNDER UPDATION AND CANNOT HELP ME WHEN ISAID I WANT TO SPEAK TO HIE SENIOR HE REFUSED SAYING SENIOR IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEN HE SAID I CAN HELP AS THE SYSTEM IS WORKING NOW HOW MUCH THEY LIE THEI SENIOR MR MARUTI SAID UR COMPLAINT IS UNDRER PROCESS AND WOULD BE RESOLVED BUT IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED 20 DAYS HAVE PASSED I A FACING THIS PROBLEM AND CONTINUOSLY RECEIVING MSG EVERY 5 MINUTES FROM LM-658800 LM-651000 [protected] PLS HELP ME

removed card stopped loop service did got irrated so stopped loop service and switched to reliance thanks for trying to resolve my complaint
