[Resolved]  LPG Connection — New Connection/ transfer

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken bharat gas connection in the Month of Feb 2010, in Vaso Da Gama, Goa. That time I was working in BITS Pilani Goa Campus. In the month of May 2010, I got appointed in Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology Raghogarh, Guna, M.P. I have asked bharat gas dealer to transfer my gas connection to Raghogarh ( Vijaipur), M.P. But she has not transferred and said that your connection is ony two month old therefore we cannot transfer it. She has taken cylinder and regulator and all documents and refunded my money. But she has not taken stove which i bought at the time of new connection.
Today, I went to Sada colony Bharat gas dealer and he said that he will not given gas cylinder without stove.
If i have already taken stove then how can he force or compel me to buy stove again otherwise no connection.
How can you make such type of policy to sell something forcefully. People give stove as gift in marriage etc. If someone already have stove then how can you force customer to buy stove alongwith cylinder?
Please tell me what should i do?
