[Resolved]  lupin ltd — Refill Of LPG

I am based at Pune. residing at plot Flat no C-14, Avadhoot complex, SNo32, Ambegaon BK, PUNE 411046. Our LPG gas Dealer is Rajaram Gas Agency- Dhankawadi. Pune 411043. Vrey often I am experiencing delay in delivery of gas cylinder from this dealer. After the order is booked it takes @ 8 days minimum for delivery. This time I have booked on January 13, 2008 waiting no 4788 Till yesterday there is no delivery. The dealer last four days is promising me to deliver the cylinder. MY CONSUMER NO IS 29903.Yesterday I went to dealer office and I took a cylinder personaly.That means I got the cylinder after 42 days when I took personaly.If I cannot took personaly then dont know howmuch time they would take.He has done lot of arguement with me.Why this has happened?System itself has a lot of problems. Dealer treating very rough language to people.If I try to book a cylinder even on after 14 days of previous delivery, the dealer refuses to book my order saying that the order booking before 21days of previous delivery is not allowed by Bharat gas company. i have deposited cheque on 5/12/2007 in drop box on ICICI boriwali branch but till today my client has not received those cheque till today

lupin ltd — Cheque missing

Dear sir,
My brother deposited my cheque on dated 25/10/2010 in amravati branch.Branch officer accept it without checking and give reciept.Branch officer says min requie 15 to 20 days for clearence of cheque because of other bank.
But after 15 days nobody clear status of cheque.
Branch officer and manager says this cheque was send to to my bhopal address on 28/11/2010 without depositor permission or information.
This is history of complaint so my complaint is why branch accepet this cheque and why send to my past bhopal address without depositor information.at present my cheque missing of rs 143300.
