[Resolved]  M. M. Hospital — Unprofessional treatement

I took my friend to M. M. Hospital at I.C. Colony, Borivali - west for treatement on toe injury. Doctor who attended her seemed too un-professional. He gave her anesthesia six times in her toe and yet he could not get it done well. Patient was screeming but yet Doctor was behaving very brutal without realising that he was not able to give anesthesia properly. It was a minor injury and they turned it in one surgery and charged us 2500/-. Next time we were called for dressing and they charged 150/- for changing the bandage WHERE WE WERE TOLD TO GET OUR OWN BANDAGE. We have really no clue for what they charged us 150/-. Its too frustrating to see these doctors exploiting patients like this. At the end, we had not been given any bill for the money we paid.
