[Resolved]  M. O. D, Mad Over Donuts — Refusal to serve free drinking water

Hi,

I am aware that Indian law states that every eatery should provide free drinking water to its customers. However when I visited MOD Mad Over Donuts, Dadar on 29th June 2011 I was denied the same.

Address of the outlet is as given below:
Shivaji Park, Dadar
Ground Floor, Shaakuntla
120 Keluskar Rd, Near Bal Mohan School

I pointed it out to the server but I was ignored and was forced to buy bottled water.

They cannot deny the customer basic rights and I believe that should abide by the rules.

Hope to see action taken against them and better service at their outlets next time.
