[Resolved] Mabood Electronics - Sony — TV not repaired even after '50 DAYS'..Its in the same state as when I gave it ... | |||
hello Sir, I have given a Sony Bravia KLV-32-EX400 for repair at Mabood electronics... When I gave the TV they said it would be ready in 10days..It has been 50 days till now.. Its literally "50 DAYS".. & when I try to contact them they still say that they will give the next day... But just recently they said that the TV is in the same condition as it was 50 days ago..Literally I mean it. It is the worst service center I have ever seen... I dont think Mabood electronics is 'Sony-approved'.... & If SONY really approved them, then it shows how sub-standard SONY has become recently... I have never expected this from you... &yet the receptionist there says that ''mabood is the 1st SONY- service center in entire AP''.. & this is the type of cheap service that you get from a 40-yr experienced service store.. If it still goes on, I definitely will file a serious consumer complaint get them sued...I am very serious about it...I wouldn't mind involving my police circle to handle this matter... Either close down that Mabood service center or strip them off the 'sony approved tag'..........
