[Resolved]  Madhur Courier — Non delivery of courier

Dear Sir,
A courier was sended by Gaurav gandhi dated 14/12/09, POD NO[protected] for Mr Mahesh chabdrawat but the courier is not received by him.no body deliver the courier.please cheque it where it is?

I had ordered a product from homeshop18 on 8/10/09(order no[protected] and was delived the product for which I paid 2000 Rs in cash. however the product was not in proper condition.I placed a complaint with homeshop18(comp no[protected] and I was asked to retun the product and they agreed to give me the replacement once the product reaches them.BUT since TNT courier wchich they are tied up with dint provide any service in Bhopal I returned the product through Madhur courier(doc no[protected] on 5/11/09. This doc no has been provided to homeshop18 but they say it not traceable. Madur courier says that they delivered the productbut are not providing any POD. But no one knows where the packet has gone .Now, I nither have the product nor the money. Where should I go...what should I do...

Actually the madhur courier is the only courier company in India having so largest and unique branch network in india. They try their level best to take care of each letter or parcle, though they charge very less for this services.the new facilities provided by them to track the documents is appericiable just by logging to madhurexpress.net you can track your document. but here they must try to built there system more responsive.
we are proud of having such a courier company in our India which is wholly swdeshi.

Madhur Courier — Non delivery at right destination

I have never seen such a duffer courier company. My sister sent me a courier containing some important books worth Rs 2500 from jabalpur(MP) on 5th jan 2009. But it was not delivered at right destination(najafgarh,Delhi). Instead i went to District center(delhi) to receive my courier today(16th jan 2009). They told me that it was not there responsibility. They dont go to Najafgarh for delivery. I agree with that. But they didn't even called me once to say that come and get your courier since contact number was written on the pack. It should have been kept in courier office for indefinite time if i didnt go there to receive it. My courier no was 18735473. I want some action to be taken. Their address is 'G-17,Suneja tower-2,District centre,Janakpuri,Delhi'. Contact Number is [protected].

I still dint get my courier of essential medicines dispatched on 13 Jun 2010 from Chhindwara (M.P.).at Reciept No.10498651.
kindly check it out and insure immidieat deleivery and informe me at my mobile number [protected].

this courier company is very irrespsponsible.

it is better to take your parcel to another city personally rather than sending it through Madhur courier...

till date my party had not received my imp. document kindly reply status on my mail as soon as possible. booked on 5.2.2010 from patiala to ludhiana. receipt no 163655.

My important courier despatched from gurgaon to kota on dated 25/12/09.But till date i have not recived my courier.I have telephone no.of kota madhur courier services that is[protected] which was given by Madhur courier service-Gurgaon but no body picking the phone or otherwise line is engaged.Please track my courier(courier no.[protected] and give the suitable solution to me as soon as possible.So that i can use your services in future.My mo. no is [protected].

I have not received the urgent documents of ICICI Bank. My AWA No. is [protected]. The bank had sent the document on 2nd Feburary but Till now I have not recieved it.

I send one parcle from Dhar (M.P.) to Hyderabad vide receipt no 52986362 on 6th Feb. 2010 but the said parcle did not reached hyderabad till 13th Feb. 2010

i m also agri to this sentence.pahle m mahur courier ki service kai bar leti thi.lakin jab mere client ke mere pas pon aane lage or kahne lage ki apke courier abhi tak nai mila .aisa ak bar hota to tik tha per aisa 5 se 6 bar ho gaya h.isliye ab me kisi ko bhi madhur courier ki advice nai dungi.m aisa nai likti lakin is bar bhi mere sath aisa hi hua h mera documents mere client ko nai mila.jabki maine ise 04.02.10 ko bikner lagaya tha.
