i have not received my courrier till today which was posted on 11.03.2010 from raipur. consignment no. is 60693807.

Never seen a worse courier service than yours. Very few know its name, and still i wonder why they use your courier. My consignment number 82963521 was delivered for muzaffarnagar from delhi and it was returned saying that the recipient did not accept the consignment. i wonder why would anyone refuse to take a parcel he has offered and paid the full value in advance. the courier guy in muzaffarnagar didn't even bother to call the recipient over the mobile number provided. and when i looked at your website, EXCELLENT website!!! it would have been better if you left it blank. Ofcourse as i expected, no record of the consignment, and ofcourse no data regarding the distributers in different cities.
I wonder why hasn't your courier company been shut down till date. If it hasn't, i hope in common welfare of the country and company that it shuts down very soon.
All the best for not getting sued very soon.

Madhur Courier Service — Neither courier has been delivered not it has been returned

I have posted a courier on[protected] to Pune from a dealer of madhur courier service. It was told to me that it will be delievered at the desired address on[protected]. But when i found that by[protected] it was undelievered then i just made a complain on the telephone number written on the reciept, whose reciept number is 5551907. They assured me that it will be returned to me after 2 days,but till now that is on[protected] the status of courier is still unknown, on asking them about courier the dealer says that its a fault of the main office and the main office employees says that its a fault of dealer. Please take required measures to solve my problem so that i can have my courier back. Thank You

My courier had important documents and i have to suffer a lot for same.Madhur courier is 100% irresponsible service which should be banned from operating.
