Dear sir, I have applied passport for my son on[protected] and still i have not received. I came to passport office and enquired about my sons's passport they are saying it has been despatched end of July 08, but still i have not received. can u pls give me suggestion how to get my son's passport. by which i have joint with my husband and the details as given below. in my experience madurai passport office is worst only
Respected Sir,
I applied a passport for my daughter on[protected]for infant).
File Reference Number : MDU-Z[protected]
Applicant's Name : FATHIMA ABDUL RAHMAN
Application Date :[protected]
Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected]
But, still not received the passport. 2 weeks we are seeing the same status as follos:-
It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time
Please do the needful

Why Staff 's are not allowing to take passport with vaild docement ????
and why we are not able to meet passport officer (Mr.Jose K. Mathew )pls ...
If staff says any wrong detail PO or Superdent should ask with applicant in details. why(PASSPORT Officer) he is not giving time to talk with customer.
On compering to Trichy Madurai is not serving in good way pls take action
