[Resolved]  Magna Infotech — Magna Made me jobless

I got an offer from Magna for their client IBM. they offered me a salary of 7L per annum during all the discussions. they sent me a confirmation letter for the CTC.They asked me to join within 2 weeks.
so I resigned from my ex.company. They checked whether i have put paper. they wanted the copy of resignation letter too. i sent them all.

The next day they called me & told 7L CTC is too high & IBM is not agreeing to give that. So i Have to compromise for 6L. I asked why they didn’t tell this before. They didn’t have an answer for that. Finally after so many calls, i had to agree for 6.5L. I had no other option because i already resigned.

i got relieved from the ex.company & was planning to join with Magna/IBM on the next day. But i got a call in the night from Magna guy telling that i have to go to Pune. I got a shock listening that. I have my family staying with me. My wife is working here in Bangalore. These people are telling me to go to Pune leaving them all. they didn’t give even a hint of that during my notice period with the pre. company.
I asked them why they didn’t tell this before. In the offer letter also the job location is Bangalore. They did not have an answer for that.

Then ,they told me,I can join in Bangalore only. But I need to wait for one week, they assuared me they will pay me the salary from the previouis joining date onwards.I had to believe them because i do not have any other option.

Gradually, I realized that these people are the real cheaters. Now 3 months got over. I didn’t get any salary from them. They are not picking my calls. I lost my job.

How many months can a person survive without salary in a costly place like Bangalore? I have a family staying with me here. I have to find another job.
