TO The customer care deparment Maharaja Appliances Limited (kind att.: Customer Care (H.O.) - Rekha Kansal) R/ Mam Madam, I am using Maharaja Food Processer. Regarding its spare parts I have contacted 20 times to your service centre at Jodhpur i.e. M/s Saraswati Agencies, B road, Jodhpur, but the agency has not given the spares after assurance. i have following grievance in this regard- 1. Every time the agency has replied that material availability is not possible since company is not supplying the spares & insisting unnecessarily for road permit. 2. Agency’s behaviour is very abnormal . It looks that they have no bothered about our problem since they are engaged with other companies service business also. 3. The rates of few available spares are quite high. Whether is there any arrangement to verify the company’s spares parts rates ? It is therefore requested you to look in to the matter to maintain the goodwill of your such a reputed company please. Thanks. Maharaja Mixer & Food Processor — Maharaja Mixer & Food Processor not working

Hi,

I have purchased Maharaja Mixer and Food processor from MORE shopping mall, Ghodbandar Road Thane; After buying the food processor continuously its giving problems. I tried to reach the given service center number[protected] :- No one is responding on this number & [protected] - This number is out of service.

Please suggest what should we do?

Maharaja Food Processor — Poor quality and manufacturing problem in processor design

I have purchased a MAHARAJA Food Processor on 1-Jan i.e. just a month before. I have realised that the processor design is defective. The chopping plastic disk has balancing issue resulting into damage in just 2nd use. The juicer design is also not appropriate. lot of fruit mixes into the pulp.

I really felt cheated due to the poor quality and Consumer forum is my only hope to get my money back.

Please help.

Maharaja company is not interested in manufacturing spare parts of old food processor model. Old model means company used to launch new models, they are not interested in supplying of old model's spare parts.
Its our experience. Our 4 yrs old Maharaja Food processor chutney pot is damaged while using, and we cant get the another one from last more than 1 year. Phone calls to company's customer care or another land line no.s are always unanswered.
Its better to buy another company's food processor which is good in after-sale service.
