Maharaja Food Processor — Servicing
Dear Sir,On the basis of internet information we contacted S. S Electricals Chennai for servicing Food processer Manufactured By mahararaja and One UdayKumar who managing the Shop came to us for collecting the Processer. We informed him that it is required on or before 4 th july evening as we have our flight by 4th night .We were contacting Sri Uday Kumar from 5 PM . He was assuring that he is coming and he never turnsup. After Two days when one of our relative contacted him at that time he told as your relative has left India I have not repaired, in the meaning he wants to grab the processer. By severe warning we took back the processer and we found that the processer was opened State and it is just like vegetable. We not able to find out our losses. I will give you the Mobile No Uday Kumar if necessary

I have purchased food processor of Maharaja Whiteline last year. Only 10 months have passed. Main dome has two grips on both sides, one has broken. I had been to Sanjay Associates, a dealer in Nagpur and booked the dome ( in the warranty period as they said that the plastic parts are not replacable ) for Rs.211.00. I tried to contact on Phone3 to 4 times. They said that the part is not available and will come within 8 to 10 days. I wonder why this happens. Already 10 days have passed and still, I will have to wait for 8 to 10 days more. What does it mean ? Definately the Maharaja WhiteLine is not providing a proper service to the customer. Moreover, the processor was purchased through BigBazar, Nagpur. Where should I complain ?. If it would be possible for you, please do the needful.

I took Maharaja Supremo Food processor nearly 3 months before in Big Bazaar, Tarnaka, Hyderabad.
We received demo and we started using it after 15 days of purchase.
Immediately after 2 days motor failed and it took nearly 40 days for replacing motor, after repeatedly calling them.

Poor Quality of HAND BLENDER

I had bought subjected item from Star Bazaar, Ahmedabad 8 month ago. We were happy with it chopper device.
Main shaft of hand mixture is made from soft plastic or nylon material. Chopper shaft is also made from plastic material. Main grinder blade assembly shaft is made from steel.
Motor couple with blender or chopper with helps of plastic female coupling arrangement. Due to motor heavy force the female part of shaft itself gridded. Finally that hand blender is useless.
I have face above problem twice.
Please take corrective action and replace us device with new design as part of preventive action as earliest.

Dear siri have ordered a food prosessor from home shpe 18 ord. No.[protected] but delevery is stil panding bcouse they are demanding advance payment against invoice were as earlier it was desided payment against delevary now there deling the product.
So u r requested to interfear on this matter and resolve my issue as erleast.
