our committee members raised a topic about some personal issue in the AGM Meeting for our & one of our Neighbour. But they didn't informed us that they will raise this topic in that meeting & unfortunately we were out for holidays. & then when we came Back we got a letter with Subject ( Minutes of AGM Held on 14/08/11 ) in that letter they pointed us for the same in 4th point of it. & that point was raised when we were not present. & they had Circulated that letter to all the residing members. I am feeling shamed without any reason.
This was already cleared in the previous meeting that it was not our mistake.
what should i do now.what step can i take.
is there any rule to speak & take any decision for any problem about any to flats member when 1 of them is not there. because he / she was unknown about it.
should i give a letter to members & what should i write on it.

3. CAN MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE PASS A RESOLUTION THAT NO MEMBER WHO IS BELOW 2 YRS IN
THE SOCIETY CAN BECOME A MANAGING COMMITTEE MEMBER OR SECRETARY OR CHAIRMAN?
4. CAN A MEMBER BE RE-ELECTED AS SECRETARY FOR A THIRD TENURE?
