dear sir...i agree you have a major task of providing electricity to the state but a few tips would go a long way...
1. sir not every one in this state is a marathi...so unless u exempting the bill to non marathis, plse have ur bill in english as well..atleast give us an option to have an english bill..
2. your website talks abt billing unit...now this is in total chaos...cause firstly the localities have to be mentioned in some alphabetical sequence which is not. i am in colaba and have been searching for my billing unit which i could not find...so i guess not very user friendly...

No meter response & no electricity
