My consumer no is[protected] i m use mseb electric i pay old bill but mseb now send me new bill with old payed bill now my uses bill is Rs-280 and mseb send me bill Rs-1630 then i not abl to pay this and mseb send me bill par month abov Rs -530 but i have no ac , frizz,and no high lodad things i have 1 pc and one tv and i use only pc but bill is above 530 and in flat some one use all things but his bill Rs-250 to 500 then i want to recovery in my bill this is my request sir plz. and building name is vinayakam apartment sec-5 new panvel
