[Resolved]  Mahindra 2wheelers / Mahindra Duro — No Support Of Service Center

Dear Sir,
I am Naresh Verma From Rourkela.I Want to Complain against Company Name:M.Sunrise Motors, Near Madhusudan Marg, Near Amar Bhawan, Rourkela.

I Have Purchased a Mahindra Duro On 29|01|2010 in cash. The Auth. Dealer told me your 1st servicing will between 300-500Km.I gone for 1st servicing they told me there is no service center.I have told them for 1st servicing they only wash the vehicle.when i am telling that clean the engine the auth.dealer miss behaved with me.I am having many problems they are not sot-outing my problems.

My Problems are: |1| When any Small or big bumper is coming engine touches the ground.
|2| Auth.Dealer is not giving me proper service.
|3| Miss behaving with customers.
|4| Not giving me any proper answer.
|5| If i will got proper service i have buy 6 Mahindra Duro For my Friends
if i am not getting a proper service no one will buy

Dear Sir,
My name is Shreyas Kothari. My father Mr.Bhupendra Kothari purchased Mahindra Duro from the authorised dealer "Ashoke Auto", Gondal Road, Rajkot 360 002, Gujarat. My problem is that the seat of the vehical is broken and i wanted to replace it so I had gone to the dealer. He told me that at this time he has no extra seat. I am trying from last month but the dealer has everytime new excuses. Now i am really fed up by this kind of responce from the dealer.Now when I contact him he says the company has no extra seats available. Look that's not my problem. The dealer should provide me the seat from anywhere that's he's look out. Now if i am not getting the seat in one week I am surely going to do the negative marketing of your company. And I can also go to consumer court if I am not answered.

have purchased duro in the month of june and we are facing the ground clearnce problem very much if we take small turn then body touches to the road and i m afraid very tme that it will hurt to engine, many many times i follow up to the delears they just want to expire the warrnty time. Every time telling us that they will get some parts from the company to lift the body upside but yet nothing has been done .
Please we request you to look into our all frnds matter other wise we have p to put ourself into consumer court.
I am a post graduate engineer. I have purchased Mahindra duro from sajai motors, satara, Maharashtra. It is worst bike ever i have seen. I’m having more two mopeds Suzuki access and TVS scooty. Those are giving very good response. Moreover, the dealer is having very poor and low class language with customers with low quality service. I am requesting to Mahindra to improve their dealer quality before improving their vehicle quality.

I have purchased Mahindra Duro on 24.02.2011 on Cash from Shreeji Auto, Mira Road. From the 1st month i am incurring problem of Handle i.e my handle is slightly cross on right hand. I had requested the Dealer to check & if reqd pls change. I have spent Rs 1700/- in changing the fork & handle but still my problem is not resolved.

Yesterday also I had gave my Scoteer for checking but still i am facing the same issue. I am not able to understand, are the engineers appointed by Mahindra are not enoug educated or else I think Mahindra only wants to sell the scooter & then do not want to support the customer.

Pls resolve my compalint at the earliest.

I have purchased Mahendra Duro during end of April 2011 from Synergy Auto Inc., Sakinaka, Mumbai.Average is very poor, below 30kms per litre.Front suspension is gone within 40days and horn went off within 25days.Whole vehicle shakes if speed is beyond 30km speed.Bottom of vehicle kisses every small bump or speed breaker.I did a great mistake buying this vehicle. Very hopeless scooter.

Even i have purchased Mahindra Duro from Shrreji Auto Mira road Mumbai in the Month of December 2011 now its 3 Months and while driving Silenced broke into 2 Pieces...A Very poor quality...when i spoke to Dharmendra kothari...he was trying to prove that i met with an accident...That really funny... v bad experence with mahendra duro . purchesed from gupta auto pune.giving milege only abt 25-30 kms per liter, as while purchesing company n the dealer promise tht it wud give abt 50-55 kms per lit, , afer a week we had complaint the dealer regarding the same bt they repl this prob will get solved after the 11 servicings bt invain the prob is still the same, i hav complaint to the toll free nos, compaint to the dealer, n also emailed the company bt they r not responding so pls stay away from this mahendra duro ...better go for oy=ther option as activa or axcess...

I am surprised to know that in a city like Rajkot with population of 10 lacs plus, there is no service centre of Mahindra two wheelers. Already, I am the sufferer for having selected to buy Mahindra Duro 2 wheeler, which is as bad as nothing can't be more bad than this vehicle. Low average, no ground clearance, non availability of spare parts and now no dealer or Service Centre in Rajkot city. I wonder how a prestigeous company like M & M can be like this.

i stay in jogeshwari east. i bought mahindra duro scooter for my wife to go to school for pickup and drop of my kids from s k auto goregaon west link road in 2010, later on they closed their dealership. only 2 services was done. then service centre shifted to sakinaka where no earlier free services were honoured i had to pay for the service that to of very poor quality. now every 3-4 mths scooter acceleration increases automatically n it is very difficult to control the speed even when its not in motion. my wife's and my kids life is at risk with this kind of behaviour of scooter. no authorised service centre in nearby locality. now what to doo? why does mahindra come up with a nearby service centre. the nearest service centre as informed is in bhandup which is 15-20 kms away another is in kandivili which is again 15 odd kms away. and no ways duro scooter can be trusted for driving such a long distance with excessive acceleration. i want to return the scooter to company and get my money back.
