[Resolved]  Mahindra Duro — Very low mileage

I have Mahindra duro since 2010 June. I have its normally 40-45 km/lit average. I did its normally services as per its time schedule. But after its last service at 18/04/2013 I got only 20-22 km/lit average. Then second time I did its complain to its service station at 25/05/2013 & they tried for its. I since today its average also 20-22 km/lit. Due to my last service on 18/04/2013 my vehicle have reduced its average. Means main reason for it is service.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought MAHINDRA DURO at Malakpet, Hyderabad show room(2011).Unfortunately your product DURO has not performed well.Iam disappointed because : It gives very low mileage and if its repaired we cant get the spare parts compulsory we have to effort for it. If needed i'll enclose my vehicle records.

Mahindra Duro — weak service station in visakhapatnam

I k.prasada rao was taken mahindra duro on 4th sept.2010 at silicon motors in visakhapatnam in the name of J.satyavathi. till today they haven't given accessories and they are not caring for the customer complaints reg.vehicle and they are treating customers as a fools. so please take immediate action


I bought a Mahindra Duro Scooter in March 2010, from the that time I got the Mileage is Approx 30 kmpl.. in the middle of the period i got approx 36 kmpl, but after six service its now reduce to approx 27 kmpl. i had complent many times to dealer but there is no action agents that... what did i do...

This is to say that we have purchased mahindra duro and from past three years the vehicle has not satisfied to our needs on average it gives only 18km/ltr,
There is no proper service team to maintain the vehicle.
If there is any shutdown in any highway there is no service center or any kind of help.
The MAHINDRA team shouldnt have come to two wheeler business waste of time.
These complaints is not a matter of one vehicle but more than you people imagine.
