My vehicle no GJ-5-AU-3393 MAHINDRA MAXIMO LCV is our customer of PRESIDENT MOTER Surat, their can't give service and spare parts so that we face the problem in repairing vehicle and also no replay from customer care of mahindra more than 10 Days. We have also complain area Manager Mr. Rahul. there is no replay from any were worse service for worse vehicle with u never HAMESHA its your slogan to your customer. Sameer Memon Surat. as Iam running the transport in the bannner of blue star transport and om sai ram transport . as my vehicle tn 20bs 9861 as sent for clutch repairproblem on 27th february2012.since it is commercial vehicle they required 3 days to rectify the problem. in outside mechanic they want 2hours only . such a big mahindra company at poonamalle service centre they dont have man power and such long delays to rectify it owner like us to sale the vehicle and hereafter no idea to purchase the vehicle.at the time of sale they give all the assurances but practically such a worst service like this it is tottally fedup about the image of mahindra company . ihave intimated this through mobile no to service manager santosh and sales manager mr.kooteswaran.
