[Resolved]  Mahindra Xylo E4 — defect of speedometer and locks

Sir, At the very first instance I was harrased by not getting my delivery as promised by your dealers at your apparently new branch at sakinaka andheri east sufed phool headed by Mr.Tripathi, as i was made to understand.A very disorganised office as each one passes the buck and Mr.Tripathi, the head, is never available to handle any customer complaints.After much persuance I did get my vehicle 2weeks later than when it was promised to me and to my dismay I incurred the following problems:
1)My speedometer packed up at 36kms
2)the rear door lock just broke probably due to quality of plastic/fibre used
am keeping my fingers crossed for any such unforseen problems henceforth...I really look forward to the company to be customer friendly and helpful though I must say that the vehicle is value for money(as of now)

I HAVE PURCHASED A XYLO E4 OF MAHINDRA FROM KHOKON MOTORS PVT. LTD.
AT SILIGURI, WEST BENGAL ON 03/03/2010.BUT FROM THE SECOND DAY I FOUND THE AC OF MY CAR WAS NOT WORKING. AFTER THAT I HAVE SEND MY CAR THREE TIMES TO THE DEALER WORKSHOP BY DRIVING 100 KM IN EACH TIME FROM JALPAIGURI, ALL TIME THE DEALER DONE THE REPAIRING IN TEMPURARY BASIS.NOW YESTERDAY AFTER 22 DAYS THE AC AGAIN FOUND NOT WORKING.NOW I AM VERY FRUSTRATED ABOUT MY NEWLY PURCHASED XYLO CAR AND PROPOSED FOR IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF MY CAR AC OR WHOLE CAR.
