Mahindra Xylo E4 — Over billing for spare parts during running repairs

Dear Sir/madam,
This is to bring into your kind notice that i purchased Mahindra Xylo E4 from shiva mahindra at Patparganj Industrial area, New Delhi on[protected] since then my car is running fine but i am not at all satisfied with the after sales service provided by the mahindra dealer.

In recent running repairs for my car on[protected] a regulator and brush box assembly was changed for this part i was charged Rs-1296.92 and 13.5% VAT extra, this part is of make Lucas-TVS part no.2625686 for which an M.R.P of Rs-726.38 inclusive of all taxes is printed on the box itself & the same printed price of this part was also confirmed by Lucas TVS office at Jhandewalan Extn. in New Delhi.Kindly confirm on what grounds these prices have been charged for the part or its justified cost if in case the price tag of Rs 1296.92 is correct.
