courrier send from Gorgaon to Lucknow, vide Airways bill no. [protected] sending date-14th, may 2008. but it is not received yet. so please tell me what is status.

my airway bill number is [protected]. posted on 21st of may but i have not recieved it as yet.
please check the status.

MADUR COURIER IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS. I WAS SENT A LETTER FROM FARIDABAD ON 11.6.8. TODAY IT IS 13.6.8 AND THERE IS NO TRACE OF THE LETTER. IT IS ONLY 30 KM DISTANCE APART.
NO ONE IN THEIR OFFICE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE FOR LAST 6 HOURS. APPEARS THE COMPANY HAS ONE MAN WHO IS NOW DELIVERING LETTERS

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I had sent one urgent letter through your courier from Gurgaon Haryana to Noida UP on dt.05/07/08 Docket No[protected] but till date this has not been delivered at the said destination and address. On calling your Delhi office I was told to get in touch with Noida centre. No satisfactory reply from delhi office and also from Noida office. On checking it today in net track status found misrouted till date. Its very disgusting that how much time will it take to deliver the courier its already too late. I am unhappy with the services and attitude of Delhi and Noida office personnels I contacted. Pls. look in to the matter and revert ASAP.

Dear sir,
My sister send me one letter along with the Rakhi on 24th July 2009 from bangalore, but till today i have not received it. After initial query i was told that it is delevered in your house, then i went to courier office to see the signature of the person who have received the same, then i saw that it was a fraud sign and it did not match the sign of any of my family members. After some time i came to know that my courier is handed over to some one, who was coming from my appartment . But till today i have not received and this is the standard of your courier to give any xyz in the road or building. I want the compansation for the same as the letter was sent to me with lot of love from the sister in the form of rakhi.
Please do something or let me know the person to whom i should contact.
