i have made an order with make my hobby.i had ordered the following pets

i had made the payment with the help of bank draft numbered '737226'.it was cleared by them on 22nd of june.they said it will take 15 days to receive my order after they receive the payment.but now it has been more than 2 months after my payment was cleared.
i complained many times on their customer care 'contact us'.but it was in vain.no one replied.i complained for about 5 times and i still have not got the reply from their side.now they have even removed my login id and password on their site so that i cant login on their site.
please look into the matter and see that i get my order or my money back.
