[Resolved] Make My Trip — Unethical / Non Transparent Process | |||
Hi ! MMT Booking ID NN[protected] MMT is pathetic . I had booked an international flight with them .There was a cash back offer on it . Even after a month they have not debited my account with same . I tried calling them a few times but each time even after 15-20 minutes and in one case even 30 minutes nobody answered. However the calls to booking section get answered in under a minute . So i tried writing emails to them .You will be surprised like myself at the reason over different times they gave including one to my bank for no cashback disbursment . 1.) Sir the cashback will happen when first flight takes off. 2.) The code entered was wrong 3.) There is no code entered and finally one from MMT to my bank HDFC 1.) There is no cash back for flights originating from international destination . Well why was it not there in terms and conditions ???? Anyways i will never use them again and will make extra effort for other to not use them too . Thnks & Rgds Amit Was this information helpful? | |||

WE HAD BOOKED INTL TOUR PACKAGE THRU MAKE MY TRIP. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THESE PEOPLE WERE KIND ENOUGH TO CONFIRM DATES REQD BY US ,THE AIRLINE DETAILS ETC. & MADE US TO PAY ADVANCE.SUBSEQUENTLY WHEN THE TIME CAME FOR VISA THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO FORCE US FOR RESCHEDULEMENT OF THE TRIP.
WE SUBSEQUENTLY ENQUIRED WITH THE AIRLINES WHICH MAKE MY TRIP FURNISHED & CAME TO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS NO SUCH FLIGHT OF THE CONFIRMED AIRLINES.
MAKE MY TRIP WAS KIND ENOUGH TO OBLIGE US BY GETTING THE VISA WHICH COSTS ONLY RS.5000.00. ADVANCE TAKEN IS RS.15000.00
WE HAVE NOW ASKED MAKE MY TRIP FOR CONFIRMED ITENARY ETC,
WHICH THEY ARE KIND ENOUGH TO REPLY WITH UTTER BOLDNESS THAT THE SAME CAN BE FURNISHED ONLY AFTER FULL PAYMENT
GOES INTO THEIR POCKETS.
WHAT IS TO BE CONCLUDED THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE THE COSTUMER FOR A RIDE OR WHAT. ONCE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE THEN IT IS THE CUSTOMER WHO WILL HAVE TO BE AFTER THE MERCY OF MAKE MY TRIP. WE ARE NOT VERY SURE WHETHER THEY ARE REALYYCONDUCTING TOURS OR JUST ADVERTISING ON THE INTERNET WITH GOOD PHOTOGRAPHS.
WHEN CAME THE TIME OF BOOKING WE WERE BEING CHASED WITH PHONE CALLS EVERY MINUTE.NOW SEE THEIR ATTITUDE.
WE SHALL BE KIND ENOUGH IF THEIR DIRCTORS NAME ETC CAN BE INFORMED.
