MakeMyTrip — No refund for wrong bookings | |||
Never go for Maky My Trip. I had booked a flight ticket on 13 Oct 2010, (MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NF[protected] from Mumbai to Jaipur and return tickets from Udaipur to Mumbai. But when I received tickets my wife's name and also childs name was printed as Yogesh Yogesh Shah and Yogesh Yogesh Shah, after complaining I was issued following ref ID:[protected]. On 14 Oct 2010 I received following mail from MakeMyTrip: Quote "With reference to your e-mail, your booking ID NF[protected]. Sir, we would like to inform you that we have received your mail and are working on your query so kindly provide us 72 working hours, So that we can assist you further. For any further assistance we are available round the clock on our toll free number[protected]MTNL/BSNL)/[protected]All Major Mobile Operators)/[protected]Any Landline).You may also write to us through reply email or writing to [protected]@MakeMyTrip.com or visit us at www.MakeMyTrip.com We value your business with us and look forward in assisting you with all your travel plans. Yours Sincerely, Priyanka Mohnani Customer Service Consultant Unquote I was advised (Late advise) to cancel my faulty tickets and rebook them, I did so on their advise. In the bargain I lost the money Rs 13921/- for two tickets of my wife and child. I had received a call from makemytrip on escalation of the matter that money would be refunded but nothing happened so far. Need urgent assistance on same. The customer care is pathetic and cant provide any help whatsoever. Once again I advice every one to avoid Make My Trip. They donot value for the customer's money. If Priyanka Mohnani is a real person working at MakeMyTrip, she needs to be fired for incompetence and insensibility. The worst customer service I have seen. It seems she needs basic english reading training.
