Sir, I have Send under mention email & all other email of my & company for your knowlege. In short co not refund my cancellaion of air ticket more than 15 days of period which is as per co's mail it 7 working days time period. Sir, I think company not interested to redund my money & please do needful & oblige. But I insist them that I have shown in bank stmt no refund credited in my account then he further ask me for solve problem in 48 hours. Now today after not 48 hours but at 72 hours I dial on helpline some Lady told me that for some problem we not refunded you money so please give us a 72 hours for transfer money. But I told her that I cannot wait for even 24 hours then she told me that please give me 2 hours I will call you with my executive. At present I call on help line on after 3 hours some other Lady attend phone & details given by me she disconnect the call. So Sir If you not give me credit current working days I have no choice to complaining Consumer Forum. Further Sir please give me immediate credit & clear matter Else I have to for CONSUMER FORUM.
